Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
- Your social media logins and tokens stay on your own computer. They are never sent to our servers.
- We keep only what we need to run your licence: your name, business details, email, phone number and plan.
- Payments are handled by Cashfree (India) or Stripe (international). We never see your card or UPI PIN.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
1. Who we are
PostPilot is a product of Zyps, a venture of Quality Group (“we”, “us”). Quality Group is responsible for your personal data under this policy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit postpilot.zypsapp.com, sign up, and use the PostPilot software, and what we do with it.

2. What we collect
When you sign up
- Your full name, business name, business type, email address and WhatsApp/phone number.
- The plan you chose and any coupon code.
- Your acceptance of our Terms, with the date.
When you pay
Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments (Indian numbers) or Stripe (all other numbers). They collect your payment details under their own privacy policies. We receive only the result: whether the payment succeeded, the amount, and a payment reference (for example a UPI transaction reference).
When the PostPilot software runs
- Licence checks: your licence key and an identifier for the computer it runs on, so one licence is used on one device.
- Usage events: a record each time the software starts and each time a post is published (licence key, device identifier, event type, time). We use this to spot installs that have stopped posting so we can help.
- Content checks: before a post is published, the text of posts flagged by an automatic pre-scan is sent to our server and checked against our content rules. If a post breaks them, we keep the platform name, the type of violation and a short extract of the text.
- Support messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
What stays on your computer
The PostPilot software runs on your own computer. Your social media access tokens, your AI provider API keys, your post history, analytics and drafts are stored there in local files. They are not sent to our servers. Keep that computer secure — anyone who can access its files can access these tokens.
On this website
This website uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs.
3. How we use it
- To create your licence and send you your licence key, payment links, renewal reminders and receipts (by email and WhatsApp).
- To check that licences are valid and to stop misuse of the service.
- To enforce our content rules, including suspending or banning accounts that post prohibited content.
- To answer support requests. Some support emails are answered automatically using an AI model.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
We use these service providers to run PostPilot. They process data only to provide their service to us.
| Provider | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Database storing licences, usage events and account bans |
| Render | Hosting our licence and signup server |
| Cashfree Payments | Payments from Indian customers |
| Stripe | Payments from international customers |
| Meta (WhatsApp Business) | Sending licence keys, payment links and reminders |
| Our email provider | Sending emails |
| Google (Gemini) | Drafting automatic replies to support emails |
| GitHub | Hosting this website and software updates |
The AI that writes your posts (Anthropic Claude, with Google Gemini as a fallback) and any image AI (OpenAI or Stability AI) are called directly from your computer using your own API keys. Your business details and post text go to those providers under your own account with them, not ours.
The social platforms you connect (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, Google Business Profile, Telegram and others) receive the posts you publish, under their own terms and privacy policies.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
- Account and licence records: while your licence is active, then as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes.
- Usage events and content check records: as long as needed to operate and protect the service.
- If your account is banned for breaking our content rules, we keep your name, email and phone number on a ban list to stop repeat sign-ups.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below). We will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
6. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it;
- withdraw your consent (this may mean we can no longer provide the service).
Email zypsapp@gmail.com from the address on your account. We will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
7. Security
Our server and database are accessed only over encrypted connections, and the PostPilot software holds no database credentials — it can only talk to our server. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.
8. Children
PostPilot is a business tool for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers store or process data outside India. Where this happens, we rely on those providers’ safeguards and only transfer data as the law permits.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we will update the date above and tell active customers by email.
11. Contact and grievances
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, contact our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
